Payments and refunds
Can I request a refund after buying a report or course?
Digital reports, courses and digital cards are personalized products with immediate access after payment. Specific cases are evaluated individually by support.
Can I cancel a live reading after purchase?
Yes. Cancellations and rescheduling depend on timing, availability and whether included digital content has already been accessed.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Brazil uses Mercado Pago/BRL. International checkout is prepared for Stripe/USD once international prices and tax configuration are approved.
Do I need to know Human Design before a reading?
No. The Fundamental Reading is designed as the entry point. Roberto explains Type, Strategy, Authority, Profile and the main mechanics as your chart is read.
Why is birth time important?
Human Design is calculated with minute-level precision. A different time can change Authority, Profile, Gates or other details of the BodyGraph.
Can I have a reading from outside Brazil?
Yes. Sessions are held online through Zoom, and Roberto has worked with clients in more than 26 countries.
How can I study more after a reading?
The recommended next step is the Live Your Design Workshop or another learning path according to your current level.
